Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1. Surabaya – Bromo Area

  • Meeting Point: Surabaya at hotel, airport or railway station
  • By car drive about 3 hours to Cemoro Lawang (Mount Bromo area)
  • Accommodation in Cemoro Lawang: Cafe Lava or Bromo Permai or Lava view Lodge

*If arrival before 11:00am and nice weather you have time to visit Madakaripura waterfall,entrance fee, taxi motobike, local guide will be your cost.

Day 2. Bromo Tour – Kalibaru

  • 02.30 AM - Wake up
  • 03.00 AM - Meet the jeep driver, then drive to view point
  • 05.10 AM - Sunrise
  • 06.00 AM - By Jeep to sea of sand, The jeep stop at parking lot
  • 06.40 AM - Trekking to Mount Bromo crater around 1.5 km
  • 08.00 AM - By Jeep back to the accommodation
  • 08.15 AM - Breakfast and shower
  • 09.30 AM - Check out and drive about 6 hours to Kalibaru
  • 04.00 PM - Arrive at Kalibaru
  • Accommodation in Kalibaru: Rumah senang or similar

Day 3. Kalibaru Plantation Tour - Banyuwangi

  • 08.00 AM Plantation tour(OPTIONAL) 
  • 12.00 PM Checkout and transfer to Licin village in Banyuwangi about 2 hours drive
  • Accommodation in Licin Village: Kampoeng Joglo Ijen

Day 4. Ijen Tour – Drop Bali

  • 03.00 AM - Meet our driver and guide, then drive about 30 minutes to Paltuding
  • 03.40 AM - Arrive Paltuding parking area and take coffee break while waiting to checking ticket.
  • 04.00 AM - Start Trekking to Mount Ijen
  • 05.30 AM - Enjoy scenery an panorama Ijen lake
  • 06.00 AM - Back to Paltuding Parking
  • 07.00 AM - Arrive at Paltudineg then by private car Back to the accommodation
  • 07.30 AM - Breakfast and shower
  • 10.00 AM - Check out and drive to Ketapang ferry port
  • 10.45 AM - By ferry cross to Gilimanuk ferry port Bali
  • 12.00 PM - By private car from Gilimanuk harbour to your hotel in Ubud about 4 hours drive
  • 04:30 PM - Arrive at your Hotel in Ubud. Finish program

Accommodation in Banyuwangi (Ijen) will be either Kampung Joglo Ijen or similar homestay,depending on availability,If accommodation in Bondowoso Ijen view hotel or similar, please note:if stay in Bondowoso, after Ijen tour not back to the hotel,but directly to Bali (breakfast box). If stay in Banyuwangi you can back to the hotel for have a breakfast and shower.
  6. Please note that sunrise in Bromo and the blue flames can't be guaranteed as they are subject to unpredictable weather conditions
  7. Java time and Bali it will be 1 hour difference, the time will be 1 hour faster in Bali
